What You’ll Be Doing and Responsible For…

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our market presence.

Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform and adapt sales strategies.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key government and healthcare stakeholders.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
