Saaeda is expanding its operations team and is seeking a reliable and well-organized Warehouse Keeper to support and manage daily warehouse activities in Erbil. This role is essential in ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage, and the smooth flow of goods in compliance with company procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing and Responsible For…

📌 Warehouse Operations

Receive, inspect, and store goods in accordance with company policies and quality standards. Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and safe storage of all items.

📌 Inventory Control

Maintain accurate inventory records through the system and manual logs. Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies to management.

📌 Issuance & Dispatch

Prepare, issue, and dispatch materials and products according to approved requests and delivery schedules.

📌 Documentation & Reporting

Prepare warehouse reports, delivery notes, and stock movement records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

📌 Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely fulfillment of requests.

📌 Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations within the warehouse. Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper handling of materials at all times.

📌 Additional Responsibilities

Contribute positively to the company culture, achieve assigned objectives, and perform any other duties related to warehouse operations as required.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Keeper or in a similar warehouse role
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
• Ability to use computers and warehouse-related software
• Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• High sense of responsibility and integrity
• Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus)
