We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Officer who will be involved in employee search and recruitment, overall HR strategy planning, and assisting in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and manage a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
  • Provide advice and support on policies and procedures
  • Perform duties such as job descriptions, job postings, promotions and recruitment analyses
  • Create, implement and manage orientation plans
  • Define key performance indicators for the HR department
  • Plan and implement training programs
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Maintain employee records and official paperwork
  • Comply with laws and regulations
  • Develop plans for future employee recruitment procedures and goals


 Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a HR Officer or similar role in HR
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, orientation, evaluation, training and development, etc.
  • Good understanding of labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • 1 year experience in HR software such as ATS, HRIS, and recruitment marketing platform
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving
  • Good decision making skills
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in Kurdish (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Additional education and certifications in HR will be an added advantage
